truck starts then dies runs rough and then is good

So I have a a weird problem with my 7.3. After leaving my truck over night when I start it the next day the truck starts and idles for a sencond or two. Then it dies out like it is running out of gas. When I restart it it starts fine but idles rough. If I rev it up to 1000 rpm and hold it for about a minute then it cleans up and smooths out. The rest of the day the truck runs great. No smoke no hard start new motor new pcm and rosewood injectors adrenaline hpop and d66 turbo. Any ideas what would be causing this?

Kinda sounds like it's getting air in the fuel system to me....
Any fuel in oil, or fuel leaking anywhere on the truck?

Motor is completly dry and oil looks brand new. That's what I thought but I can't find any leaks or smell and #2

Coolant in the fuel from a cracked injector cup?

If it has a small leak in the right spot it will let air in and allow fuel to drain back to the tank.... Those are fun to find because they don't show there ugly face... Hope get it figured out!

Have you checked after it dies if there is oil in the hpop resivor?

Not yet but if I start it and bring the idle up right away it seems to catch it before it dies and then clears up
