I had my cab off and now I put it back together and it won't start. A dashdaq says I've only got 445 psi of rail pressure is there. Plug or something I forgot

No fuel in oil I put a rocker box seal on and new manifolds and up pipes.

checked power at the hpfp also, has voltage at the harness going into the pump gasket

Damn thing never did start. Gonna pull turbos back off see if I messed up a line or something.

Rail pressure only goes to 445psi or key on engine off its that?

Wonder if you damaged a wire when you removed the rocker box. I'd check passenger side harness where it passes through the rocker box.

445 psi is cranking on it. It goes to 50psi key on engine off. I had the turbos off while I was in there to I wonder if I damaged the harness by the pump somehow.

Doubt it. Check the plug on the rocker box.

New gasket between turbos. New rocker box cover and new up pipes and manifolds.

Have you added the bleed tool

Yes we're getting no air. It's not making any rail pressure. So I think it's something I've messed up.

I don't see how's that possible since you didn't mess with any fuel lines. And your getting no air from the bleed tool? You are using the ford bleed tool right ? Sorry have to ask. Good base fuel pressure at the fuel cooler right with no aeration there ?no codes? Other then low ICP codes? Your down to an injector bypassing through the return side, HPP, or injector leaking through tip, injector /s tube leak. Mmm weird

Just cranks over never fires. We think that maybe I cracked an injector line or somtuin maybe to. Gotta check all the stuff

He had to have the lines running from the pump over to the fuel rails off right? Since the rocker boxes were off?
