trying to keep my truck working hard

ok, i have 2000 f-350 dually, i've recently replaced ps pump, steering gear, and all hoses to gear, pump, and booster. steering is hard when breaks are applied. Now ive noticed in attempt to bleed the air out of the system, turn the wheels, a tiny stream of bubbles flow in the resivore. when i apply the brakes the fluid is full of air bubbles. any ideas?
