Does anyone want to venture a guess as to what woud be considered an overboost condition for the '11 - '14 turbos?

depends on the altitude

21 or so above 5000 feet

I have heard of some guys making 28 or so at sea level but that is more than I would want to run I think.

I think it would be better to have someone who is handy with the MCC tuning software that H&S built build you some custom tunes. That I would think should help keep the power levels better.

Although I am no means a tuning expert, but that is what I would do.

OK...found the defuel options. Pretty cool as there are a number of parameters that you can turn on and off.

Yeah anything above 28lbs or so from what everyone says. I've had my single cab tuned by PIP on LVL 3 for a while now and no issues have popped up except a blown intercooler tube. (factory ****ty plastic)

Stock 11-14 turbo does not like anything much above factory boosht. Even a bone stock truck under the right conditions can push the turbo to its limits.
