If your 7.3 has a T-4 mount kit it will.

Oh it does, just haven't seen many of these being ran on 7.3 I know it'll mount up, doesn't mean it will work well.

Due to the turbine size and ball bearing center section I don't think it would be as laggy as people think. Just blowing on it spins it pretty easily.
