Turbonetics T4 mount kit fit OBS

I'm getting serious about going to a T4 or T4i turbo set up on the 96. Time to get it tow and expedition ready.
I'm am more concerned with professional quality and efficiency than price.
I have nothing against Irate's mount, it is great to have an affordable option, and may very well end there.
For this post the question is will the Turbonetics kit fit an OBS and if so what mods were required? What are the pros and cons? (price not a factor)

T4i setup works, at least the HyperMax mount kit and intercooler setup. Uses the H2e and variants and what Wide Open Performance used to sell, QSSB, H2e and others. The big KASB needs firewall mods to fit into the OBS. These turbos are now sold by DPTuner.

****ty thing about a hypermax kit is the damn doughnuts... Your back in the same place... The Turbonetics kit uses bellows...

The kit should fit, but the down pipe will cause you problems and of course you will have to get SD 3" plenums.

I bought Jake's kit he made of 321ss in T4 and love the fit and finish. very nice work, and the T4 leaves you open to alot more turbo options FWIW

The TN kit is by far the best mount out there.

I am still fighting my TN T-4 kit on my 7.3, F*cking up pipe on the drivers side wont clear the back of the motor.

Fellas! I'm going to start a thread on the other choices too.....I'm interested in hearing about the TN kit in this one. Too many different issues to put them all in one thread.

Haven't seen a tn one in person, but the couple irate ones I've helped install in obs and the one in my truck really caused me to live up to their name. Its irate for a reason....

You get what you pay for, go with the tn.
