Last night went for a ride in the truck after towing for 3 to 4 hours. Truck ran fine had no problems. Was messing around in a open parking lot and mashed the gas and started slowing down to make a turn out then shut off and wont restart. Hooked AE up, has no codes, no sensors are reading, tried to do a buzz test it tried to test them but never would connect to test them. Have checked all fuzes wires everything looks fine. Also swapped my IDM and PCM in a working truck and they work fine so idk what it could be. Any idea what may have caused this or what I can check to get it back going?

kinda hard to follow but did you say you couldn't connect to run a buzz check? But you know you have no codes?

Also what do you mean "no sensors are reading"

Pretty much ae connects but will not show any data. Everything you try to get data for just says 0. It always has a couple codes in it but it said it had none.

I had the same problem, when you are prompted to retrieve codes select "none" and you should get your live data screen to produce values.

No. I got it home and pulled the valve cover and no oil was returning out of the injectors. So started to pull the pump off. But did not finish doing that till I try a different IPR on it. Then if that does not work I will be pulling the pump off and putting a stock 15* on and seeing what will happen. I have been pretty busy doing some stuff so that is kinda on my back burner now that I got it to my house.

No oil is going to return out of the injectors unless they fire.

I've never seen or heard of a HPOP just failing like that. Not saying it can't or didn't happen. But given the info, now I'm leaning tward the IPR getting stuck. Had that happen when I built the motor in my pulling truck. Some junk got in the IPR from the fresh build, and after running a few min, it died and wouldn't fire at all. So maybe removing the IPR jostled it around enough for the plunger to free itself. Just thinking out loud. Bottom line I'm glad yall got it going.

He was not selecting none like Nick suggested then it started working. It has been prob almost a year since he used it on my truck so he forgot haha. The 17* I put on is actually holding really good pressure. Lowest it was dropped to on a wide open throttle run is 2700.

Ok just wondering, I ran into this problem and spent about 2 hours on the phone with tech support trying to figure it out. I suppose it's a problem they see from time to time with the connectivity for OBS trucks. It's really not that big of an issue imo, just have to disconnect and re-connect if you go from reading codes to live data.
