I just bought a 2008 lariat 6.4 last week and I'm having problems with it. The instrument cluster intermittently will shut off; it will lose the message center and all lights for the gauges. Sometimes all the gauges work and other times only the speedo and rpm work. Also half the time the buttons for the message center don't seem to work (info,reset, setup). I took it to the dealer, however they could not find anything wrong. Twice already it has had a no crank/no start issue and the pats light was flashing, it finally started after wiggling the key and tapping on the dash oddly enough. I was able to pull a dtc of u0155 tonight when it started acting up. Now the fuel gauge is off and its showing 0 engine hours with 95k miles on the odometer. It has a ford one way remote start system on it, I am wondering if this is interfering with the pats or cluster or if I'm looking at a 800 dollar instrument cluster from ford.
