Im not taking about the calculation smarty pants.. Just saying SAE standard does in fact imply there is a correction factor.

I'm talking about the links in that thread that say boosted engines do not use a CF per SAE. So standard CF would be no CF



Boosted engines have a different mechanical efficiency therefore should not use the same standard correction factor..

Standard sae correction factor should not be used on a boosted engine, but people do and that's why the numbers are inflated.

In this event it doesn't matter, everyone is on the same dyno so everyone will get proportionate inflated numbers.
