Whats the play on this, passenger side... Bloody leak is pissing me off, sounds like my old 351cid F150...

Simple gasket between the manifold and up pipe or complete replacement of both with aftermarket? Whats the best aftermarket pipes if so?

From the picture, that looks like it is leaking on the outlet side of the flange, so the pipe is probably cracked just inside the flange. If so, a Gasket is not going to fix it.

I have the BD Manifolds on mine and just did a set on a customers truck, for the money its really hard to beat. You get everything you need to install the manifolds and up pipes for 895.00 shipped. And they are very high quality pieces.

6.0 mani's are a good cheap upgrade. I vote RCD's with their uppies or Steed's. BD makes a decent set as well, but i've never been around any to give real feed back. I'm currently running a 66 single and the truck will be getting eithe RCD's or Steed's. let me know if you need pricing on anything. :ford:

Well Im thinking about going with a single in the future. Im wondering if 6.0L manifolds and custom up-pipes will help that or just some MPD HD up-pipes do?

These uppies are for the stock manifolds and wont work with 6.0 manifolds you would need custom uppipes if you are going with the 6.0 manifolds like this

or

http://www.elitedieselengineering.com/product/14550013/Custom-up-pipes-for-use-with-60L-Manifolds/

and you will need the manifolds

Or you could get the complete BD kit like eric said before.

Thanks for all the other replies. What a kick in the balls, just ordered a EGR kit also, when all i really need now is the coolant plugs and elbow. Flo Pro 30800EGR kit would of worked very well. I think I'm just gonna go ahead with the BD kit. Seems like its of decent quality and then I won't have to worry about the mani or gaskets going down the road on me. I guess they flow a bit better to boot...

Grrr... BD is 2 weeks out.... For $385 the Flo Pro Race pipes seem like a pretty smoking deal, wonder if anyone have them in stock yet?
