Uppipe Install?

I thought the same thing. The only heat shield i had was riveted to my up pipes.

there are 2 diffent heat shields on the 6.0s the early ones had heat shields riveted to the up pipes and had a smaller one bolted to rear cover. The newer ones have one bigger shield bolted to the rear cover and none on the up pipe its self.

Jason sent me a pic. I had already removed and left off the shield in question when I did the studs. Ended up having to take the egr pipe off to get the uppipes out though. And I cheated on the bolts at the manifold by cutting my fender wells some, lol. But it's all good to go now.
