Used mechanical pump?

My pumps been leaking from the weep hole and it seems like it's time for a new one.
I've been talking to this guy who wants $30 shipped for a NAPA pump that was in his truck for 1 month prior to an Efuel conversion. My worry is that he said that it sat in the back of his truck for about 2 months and it has some surface rust on the bottom of the shaft that touches the cams. I've got some pics to include. I apologize for any noobishness, I'm new to the world of diesels and all that good junk! Thanks!

you could just use your plunger that comes off your truck, but hell if it sat in the back of the truck outside for 2 months doubt I'd mess with it.

I would just buy a new one from Diesel O Rings and be done with it. I would be willing to bet that the one from NAPA was a rebuilt one to start with and not new.

Its enough work to install a fuel pump that I would hate to replace it again if it failed.
