grab a golf tee or a proper size plug and pull the connector at the ESOF solenoid on the pass fender near the battery and plug the line coming from the vacuum canister this will bypass the solenoid and all the ESOF side of the system
correct it blocks the flow of hot coolant to the heater core when Max A/C is selected
Yeah make sure it is plugged in. I would check both ends. Not really sure what it does. I think it control hot radiator water thru the heater core.
