Value of wheels/tires

Hey guys I started a discussion a month or so ago that I can't find so I will update it here and remove thread once I get an answer. My buddy has a set of Tires, they are toyo AT 2 extremes size 325/60/18. Wheels are KMC. I think the model is called the misfits. 18x9. Not sure the offset but I'm not 100% that they will fit on my truck with out rubbing. My truck has no leveling kit or lift, stock sizes. its a brand new set only has about 20miles on em and I can pick them up for 1300. Worth it?

Just look on eBay and see how much the tires and rims are new.... If 1,300 is less (I'm assuming it is) then it's a good deal!
