I was thinking about that exact setup today. What size housings would you go with for each??

Those are the responses I expected, along with:

It can't be done.
Why would you try to do it that way?
Insert random bash here...

It's cool, I'll lay of the crack pipe for a while....

Wasn't trying to bash you. Its good to see you trying something different. I was just wondering about your reasoning behind a setup like that.

Bolth chargers would recieve tials stainless housings.

The 35 i would do the. 82 or. 83( whatever the size is. Maybe even alittle bigger)

The 45 would start off with 1.2or1.4

You will most def see this combo on a 6.4 im building.

Got ya. Thanks for the input. I was thinking .82 on the 35 but had no idea what to do on the 45. Ok well sorry for the derail on the VGT compounds. I'll start a new thread to continue the discussion.

Why run off of each manifold? Would just make more of a piping disaster.
Also, why put your low pressures before your high in the exhaust?

I like the idea of puting the two small turbos right at the exhaust manifolds. They would spool almost instantly (that's why a cummins can spool a larger turbo much faster than a 6.0)

Then the exhaust could easily go to the large single on top. I have thought about a similar setup, but with a large nonVGT instead of the stock turbo, and perhaps routing the air from the large to the two small turbos. I have no clue if it would work, nor do I have skills and resources to attempt it but it is fun to think about lol

Yea the fabrication required would be insane to say the least and I would think that alot of stuff would have to be relocated too. Nevertheless, it would definitely be bad a$$ for sure.

A person would have to fab up new manifolds with the T3 flange, then the turbos may not fit next to the engine block between the wheels

When the procharger kit first came out, wasn't there someone who ran it with the stock turbo and sticks a while back?

Edit: found a vid of the truck, Procharger, stock turbo and 225s

Problem with the pc was that they had it feed the turbo rather than vice Versa

There isn't a problem with that..that's how the procharger setup works and does just fine. The turbo isn't suppose to feed the procharger. The serpentine belt spins the procharger....so there's no way for the turbo to spin the procharger. The procharger has to feed the turbo. The same setups are on Dmax's and 6.4 powerstrokes.

That's Danny's(imelmo) truck. you're right...he first used it with the stock vgt. Here's an old thread of the build over on TDG http://www.thedieselgarage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72707&highlight=procharger
