Vibration/grinding noise at low speed

Has anyone experienced a grinding or vibration noise/feel at low speeds under 40? I drive a '13 250 with 89K on the clock, all stock except Terra Grapplers for the last 35K miles. Not sure when I started to notice it but it's driving me nuts. Can roll down my windows when driving by a curb or building and it sounds like a "swish, swish, swish" noise. Applying slight brake pressure seems to make it subside a bit. Any ideas?

get the tired off the ground and spin them. bet you have sticky brakes or warped roters.
