Just to be on the safe side, i would. You will have all the adjustment you need in the arms to be able to get the castor where you want it.

Well they are completed! They mount into place using all the same holes as the factory mounts and the supplied hardware. Retail priced at $399 and we will be running an introductory sale of $299! Let me know what ya'll think!

This wasnt originally brought up by my dealer. I had a customer call in looking for this part because of his local dealer telling him about it. I spoke with my local dealer to confirm/deny it and he semi confirmed it saying they had seen a couple failures aswell.

It is what it is, this is just an alternative to the cams.

They can also be used on trucks wanting to use a 3-link on a truck with a 7-9" lift.

I have yet to have seen a failure or any unusual wear due to the alignment cams. I have installed countless sets on 2011+ trucks and 05-10 trucks with updated metal seals so far at the dealer and never have seen an issue to date.

I just went with a Ready Lift 2.5inch kit and nothing had to be touched with the alignment other than adjusting the trac bar for the steering wheel to be straight when I took it in.

Without alignment cams, drop brackets, or replacement arms, this is impossible.

looked yesterday evening and my truck does have the allignment cams.

my truck is on icons 4.5" coilover lift, i have icons 4 link kit but im in the process of swapping that to OUOs ALAs. Sould i take the alligntment cams out as well?

Well all trucks have alignment cams it just depends the offset of the actual cam.

But back on the thread..... After we have done level kits and such we realign them with correct caster +2 min but we try to get as much as close to +4 degrees for best steer ahead and min bumpsteer/ death wobble with big heavy tires. Havent had a issue with seals, but as many as i have put in at the Ford house and here at my shop those thin sheet metal seals i would think they will pop out before damaging the axle or housing. Just havent seen that yet, but could see where it could cause stress on the seal with more than 2 degrees caster...... but then again the flex might take place in the axle u joint right at the knuckle.
