Weird Vibration

So I have this weird vibration on the truck I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I know these vibration threads can be a whole list of things, but this only happens when the truck is warmed up and mostly under power when the converter is locked. Im thinking it is the flex plate, vibration changes when moved from drive to neutral. And when I shut the truck off there is a shudder. The converter only has about 10k on it and it is a triple disc pi. I wanted to get some opinions before I pull the trans and inspect the plate.

Just pull the inspection cover and watch the flexplate at idle to see if you notice any wobble.
