did you try just unplugging the ICP sensor and starting it? It would really be able to drive down the road like this, but might get it fired.

Does sound more like a high pressure oil leak though.

Sorry to hear that Tim, hope everything else is going well for you. I replaced an Hpop on a friend's 03 about 4 months ago that had the exact same symptoms. His hit him out of the blue, pulling into work and it died and wouldn't restart. I took an extra FICM I had up there and tried it, nothing. Went home grabbed a extra Hpop I had and swapped it in the parking lot. Popped off after about 15 seconds and has been running like a top ever since.

good that it's making LPOil...

but you can't jump to the conclusion that the problem is the pump..

pumps just move volume...you need to have a restriction to make ICP pressure.

STC fitting
injector spool(s)
IPR valve
branch tube(s)
stand pipe(s)
o-ring(s)
HPOP
oil rail swivel(s)< pretty rare, but possible

Looks like Jeff is replacing the HPOP. He also called me today and said. "hey did you know that your y pipe was split???? BAD???? No symptoms at all except its been real smokey lately, even more than normal. No sound, no smell nothing. Shes gonna be a new beast. Also got my new 09 tailgate with step and reverse camera painted and installed. It looks great. I'll post pics soon.

thats awesome, your 03 is one of the few older trucks that still looks like it was new yesterday
