What are all of our LPFP upgrade options?

Dual factory pumps - tried and true.

Fass ~$700 - bad pump reputation

Fuel Lab ~$1200- good reputation but will need to be modded

H&S ~$1399 - always a stellar product, not many reviews yet. (waiting on Zane to return to the office and really get ssome tech specs)

Any others I'm missing, or any info to add at all? Thanks.

My factory LPFP is really starting to whine/scream and I do believe it's on it's last leg and would like to be proactive.

Do you guys really think HSM would put out a less than steller product?

I mean if it's ran on the SEMA PSA EXCLUSIVE show truck than it must be golden!!

:whs:

But really, if you plan on running a high flow fass they are very loud. My 200 gph is so loud it is coming off soon here. Perhaps dual factory pumps are a good option, personally I like my stuff clean. Running two pumps, splicing into other hoses and what not works but I don't care for that. Can't argue much for the H&S lp setup yet as it is not installed, the quality though, from what I can see so far is awesome. Plus you can regulate the fuel pressure to your hp pump(s) which is another cool feature.

I really need to do something. I have been running single factory pump with Dual Fuel for 55K. I purchased the second factory pump when Gary installed his and never installed it. I have never had a problem and always run big fuel. I think I would like to split my pumps and run the CP4 with one pump and the CP3 with the other. Maybe that's the way they did it I don't remember. Quiet pump is a must. Like to see where this thread goes.

After a long and technical discussion with Zane over at H&S, I'll be going with their kit. I'll do my typical write-up and install thread when I get it.

He actually called me back after some email tag. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. No "he said she said" or "ours is better than theirs"just cold hard facts. I tried to squeeze him for all the technical data I could think of.

Not a good phone call if somebody isn't getting slammed....

Yeah, it was hard having a conversation and not hearing "so and so is a ****tard", "that shop is a hackjob" and "i wouldn't let him work on my lawn mower".

Sounds legit, Zane only speaks the truth.
