What are all of our LPFP upgrade options?

Not to resurrect, and forgive me for the "yearn to learn", but is it necessary and/or beneficial to run both the Duals and LPFP if I was just upgrading to a 68?

Yes. You can get away with out it but to maximize the potential and reliability you would need both.

Running the dual fuelers will surely net more hp. You could expect 80-100 hp in that setup. Adding the low pressure lift pump may not add massive amounts of power, it will ensure that you always have good clean fuel volume and fuel pressure going to your high pressure system. With a 68mm turbo, I would highly suggest doing both.

Thanks, Dallas! Great advice and insight. For more information, I dug the following up:

Quote taken from 4everboosted's build thread. Thanks Morgan!

If you go with dual HPFPs to you have to use dual LPFPs? I haven't read up on anyone else putting two on when they go with dual fuelers, could you educate me on this please.

Multiple FASS systems have been used...The goal for this truck is to have a reliable streetable setup that makes alot of power. That being said, because the 6.7 operates at higher pressures than the 6.4 LPFS..finding a reliable pump that flows enough volume is a task. Im sure I will catch flack for this, but Aeromotive, Fuel lab, Airdog, and FASS all fail, and do so relatively quick (~1 year, unless its Airdog, then you have a few months). So we decided to build on top of what highly educated individuals engineered, and do it again. For filtration ease, reliability, ease of access, and replacement if need be. Not to mention well stocked dealerships usuallg have everything we need. Both systems are independently supplied and returned, but equalize in a motor mounted filter head before the fuel is introduced into both pumps. The electrical system is not piggybacking off of the original lpfp, it will have an entirely seperate harness, containing factory parts.

Our system utilizes one low pressure pump and splits it at the filter housing we provide that replaces the factory filter under the hood.

So which would you suggest doing first? I know dual fuelers might be over kill on a stock turbo setup but should I do the LPFP first then the dual?

It is completely up to you at this point. The factory turbo is pretty much tapped with the factory high pressure system but I have seen some small gains with our kit on a factory turbo. Either one of them would be preventative maintenance and items you will use in the future for any kind of build.

I can tell you this for a fact, we have bumped the PW all the way from 1331 (supposed max PW of 11-14 cp4) to 1536 and holding rail pressure. I have turned my LPFP up from 57psi to 65psi currently.
