Picked it up from Big Time Kustomz after they installed my Rigid Dually LED fogs, Lifetime LED Headlights, and Lifetime LED's under the tailgate. Night pics to come tonight. They look awesome!!

I encourage anyone who needs anything for their trucks to contact Mark at Big Time Kustomz! Great guys and great prices.

Installed my steel oil pan on the 6.7 today with a fresh oil change, made sure the steel pan got the fumoto drain valve, very happy with the results and the leaky plastic pos is going in the damn trash. I don't know what ford was thinking there

How many miles did you have on your plastic oil pan?

My old company truck had 11 f250 4x4 180k and still had the original plastic oil pan and no leaks.

Well I picked up my rebuilt transmission Friday. And spent yesterday evening putting it back in the truck. The guy that built it is a great local builder. He builds for the local Ford dealer and some kickass drag cars and everything in between.

I had him order me a billet triple disc torque converter too. And beef up everything he possibly could inside it.

Well the install went good. Put fluid in and fired the truck. Let it idle about 10 minutes or so while I topped off the fluid. Went to put it in gear when it hit reverse it went in and immediately made a popping noise and started whining (like a really loud power steering pump whine) and won't do anything!

I'm pretty sure the torque converter stripped splines. It does it anytime the trucks running. So it's coming back out! Yaayyy me!:cursing:

Lifted cab wednesday to pull the heads.
Had the heads checked, 5 out of 8 cylinders had cracks from valve to glowplug.
Install new heads yesterday, got the engine all done. Dropped cab this morning and hooked to a trailer to test drive. Blew two CAC clamps and the pinch welds. Trying to limp a truck with 12,000 lb trailer of the road sucks!

Pulled the turbo and gave it a much needed cleaning.

Fixed an oil leak where the CCV elbow goes into the box.

Had a coolant leak for a while now at the return port on the tank where it comes from the intake manifold. Tried different clamps, new hose...never could get it to seal. Got to looking for a crack while I had the tank off, only to find out someone had stuffed that port full of RTV for whatever reason. Got it all cleaned out so that should fix the leak.

Changed oil, fuel filters and installed LED headlights. Highly recommend those!
