Bought these a couple weeks ago for $200. The chrome was peeling off so I took a pressure washer with a 0 nozzle and this is how they turned out.

Yeah, it was the standard clamp. I put a little over 100 miles on it afterswapping the turbos, with a few 4 hi launches on the street with no issues, then, in front of everyone and their mother at the 100 ft mark or so.... boom! Took a chunk outta the underside of the Cervinis hood too :(

Amazing what a set of new boots and newer pipes can do to dress up under the hood. I think the 7.3 valance above the turbo is my next "upgrade"

I like the light bar on the plow truck but I'm assuming it won't be driven on the road at night?

Correct, kinda. With the V plow you can still use the trucks headlights and see where as a straight blade covers the lights. So the truck light for on road use, and the bar for when on site

Oh. It's the way you said it. Sounded like you killed off the headlights so you threw the light bar on.
What you actually did was fixed the headlight and added the light bar.

Sounds good I just assumed the plow would block the headlights when lifted.

There were plow lights in its place. They were trashed, so instead of getting new plow lights $$$$ I did this.

If you life it all the way up and make the blade a V the headlights aren't blocked

Just a cheap ass Nilight Amazon cube. they won't be used much. Mainly to watch and see when the hopper runs out of salt. My father can't hear too well, so he doesn't hear he salt run out. I told him that if these don't make the salt visible he better get his eyes checked
