What have you done to your powerstroke today?

Replaced my ICP sensor and plug, the first time was a pain but all in all not bad of a job. Next one will be lots easier.

Got the 550 back today with a new motor, new clutch, and a new 40/20/40 seat to replace the junk bench seat. I'm more excited about having a arm rest than a new motor and clutch. But it is nice having a motor that doesn't smoke at startup, leak oil, annoyance of a leaking up pipe, squeaking belt from pulleys being junk, and a good clutch makes a world of difference.

i was wondering how good the flow-pro would work. they are cheaper then most exhaust systems for price. never seen one up close thou. Good to hear thanks!!

It went in nicer than my mbrp did. When I bump up to 5" I'm probably gonna do flo-pro

About 3500 miles. The Ex had 173k when I put it in, stock Ford Gold coolant.

Mine has sca additives ( green coolant). Its been on for 5k. I'll have to replace it later this month and see what's in it. Kinda scary to see how much crap they catch

Got word back from the shop that is working on my truck. The repair bill when all is done will be 10,627.51 FML I was also hoping my insurance would cover it since it started with an accident but it sounds like they will be turning my claim down. so if that happens I will be staring at it for a long while and paying a payment on a truck I can't even afford to fix.
