Well I can't run it in 5th gear up mountains and go more than 55 it gets up to 225-230 pretty easy I let off before it gets higher. My 6.4 could hold 203 oil temp and 187 tranny temp all day at 65mph. I like it cooler.

Holy ***. What gears are in that thing? I haven't towed through the mountains with mine yet.. prolly be singing the same tune but ive hauled up some long ass grades and its never even down shifted. .. but Yeah, thats a bit high.

Granted most 7.3s see that temp or higher often while towing. Apples to oranges..

Also decided to replace my leaking EGR delete hose.....However i can't seem to get the stock snap on blue hose(Came with EGR removal kit) to fit. So I guess I need to find some 5/8'' hose tomorrow. If only the hose i ordered from sinister would hurry up and get here :cursing:GERMANY

Looks good! Can you tell if it rides any better?

As of right now yes I can tell the front rides way better. Hell I pushed in my rancho shocks with 16k on them and they didn't even recoil back. But as of right now I am very pleased with going with coils and not just spacers. I have driven trucks with spacers before and never again would I do that.

But I still need to do a front end alignment tomorrow when I get back to college station and to give a true statement on how it rides. Since my steering wheel is off LOL. And I need to get rid of the Cali lean when the u-bolts come in.

Installed my Recon smoked mirror markers. Test fit my new sub box...too big. Tried to use every inch behind the seat but over shot it by 1". Frustrating to say the least. Not much room back there. Made a new box this afternoon...should be good this time.

tried to plug it in because their calling for cooler temps tonight and the ***er zapped me repeatedly until i yanked the extension cord out because everything was wet. so i guess i need a new cord due to the end on this cord being put on by the PO and is not sealed at all. i don't know how none of the fuses in the house box blew because they probably should have.
