Finally dropped the tow tune in favor of something a little more fun for the first time in probably 3mths. Forgot how much fun his big beech is without a trailer behind it.

Shined her up for a Memorial Day parade tomorrow with my bike club. Some members are riding, LU will be providing candy to the kids along the route and water to the riders. Supposed to be 90* here tomorrow so I'm glad I'm not sweating on my Harley.

After killing the Dana 80, swapped in a 10.5 with adaptors and a new cover, 6 quarts of Amzoil and we are back on the road.

Chunked a tooth off of the pinion, don't know how long it was in the bottom of the cover. Left carrier race pitted and spun in the housing, carrier would move back and forth about a 1/4".

Got a new uws bed side box for free. Going to see if they have an actual box mount for it before I just drill holes and bolt it on like the gas companies do.

Put on some Carli 2.0 to fix these. Thanks Mike. Barely 20,000 miles on the stock ones. What a joke.

How are these they worth the money do they ride decent last awhile? Looking for some new shocks. Thanks joe
The 5000s have lasted well on the 6.0, but it rides stiff unloaded with the 2" lift and heavier springs. Rides great when towing though. Went with the 9000s on the excursion... they were about $20 more per corner over the 5000s.

So far so good and they ride well, but can't speak to lasting yet. I do rack up the miles though LOL.
Bought this:
