What is the name of this cover piece for the wiring harness above the turbo? I want to replace mine but don't know its name to search for it...? I got mine zip-tied in place right now...

Not sure on. Name but get one from a gas truck. It won't have the over hang. Just use a nice heat wrap on the wiring, it cleans it up nicely
