what to do next on my 6.0

I bought it used

When you say ford is doing the job I assume it's a ford dealer? If so...I would worry about those new heads being flat before anything else. I bought a new set of heads from ford and had to take 8 thousandths off to get them flat. Heads ain't flat you'll be spending all this money again...ford has a real bad habit of putting on heads that are "in spec"...which is no where near flat.
