What would you do?

That would be your pressure sensor I believe, and you need the "one side inlet module". The later dpfs have a hose from the same port to a bung at the end of the dpf, with the module in center of the hose.

Youll need that 90*-ish barbed 1/4 bung to go into that port, then a small vent line runs from the end of the barb up to the module; which then bolts to the hanger up top. I believe that pressure sensor has its own mounting plate fixed to it.

If the gcwr was only 16,700 for my truck, that would leave me with about 8000 Pounds of towing capacity lol. I can garantee the gcwr is 23,500 for my srw 350. The crew cab duallys, depending on cab configurations, are between 30-40,000 for their gcwr and they are around 14,000 gvwr.
Sorry, I re read that brochure, I was partially wrong, the numbers I listed were correct, but not for GCVWR, it's the maximum allowble weight TO BE TOWED (fifth wheel/goose neck) by each with proper setup package

I recently went thru the same decision, but for different reasons. At the end of the day, trading my '12 for a '16 meant I had to return everything to stock and it would cost me $22k.
I just couldn't justify it. So I kept mine, just added the Titan 50gal tank (which is sweet BTW), airbags, will soon get a boost tube, intercooler and intake, maybe even some traction bars.
For $22k I can do a lot of stuff to my truck and have a better truck than an upgrade to a '16. AND I'll be able to tune it with the minimax which I couldn't do w/ a '16.

Saving up for a turbo too. Mine is still going strong, but we all know these don't live forever.

Do your idling and keep the turbo going longer. I've put 90k on my 12 and have been very hard on it. I idle and let it cool down after every drive or play. No signs of going out. That fluttering sound hasnt even occured yet. I know the 11-14 "nasa" turbo has bad reputation, but I think the secret is what I said above. (If balanced correctly and not an 11) Granted, I know better turbos are available, but the factory turbo makes my single cab a rocket out of the hole.

I can say after knowing that 15+ trucks have 2 less clutch packs, I am keeping my 12.

I do the same thing. I'm at about 92k on my early build 2011 and still original turbo. And I ran Spartans Warhammer tune, 38psi of boost, and now running SPE's Hot-X tune which runs 30psi of boost and been deleted for a total of 45k miles. But my turbo does flutter in some low rpm situations. Hoping it'll last till the end of next year.

I always let mine cool off, never shut it down on interstate runs and am pretty easy on it and my stocker took a dump at 21k I don't think there's a trick to it, if it's gonna go, it's gonna go.

Dude thats amazing. I'm honestly impressed! Especially an early 2011 turbo. I'm sure it will last, have you done the CCV mod yet? My H&S kit is on its way as we speak to help.

No CCV mod yet, I really should though lol. I've also been using tow/haul mode in areas where my turbo usually surges to prevent it.
