What parts are needed when you remove the turbo crossover and fuel cooler? Also is there a special torque procedure for the fuel lines?
Per the service manual you should replace the seals in the crossover tube ( one in each end) also you might consider replacing the 4 washers on the fuel lines were they connect to the fuel cooler, although I rarely do.
There's a proper way to do it in the service manual. Basically get it bolts on the fuel rail started, get the jumper like started on the injector, then on the fuel rail. Tighten the fuel rail down, run the jumper line nuts down on each end, barely snug the line nuts (I think it called for like 2.5ft/lbs), then go one flat spot on the nut more. You can use a marker to make a mark so you know exactly.
