Which engine is the most easily modified to get to 1000hp

For 1000 I would still say 6.4L or a Dmax 6.6L

So I'm sure there are other 6.7 owners out there that are frustrated waiting for add-on's to transpire for their vehicle....And I understand good things come to those who wait. But I'm curious what everyone thinks. Which engine is the easiest/cost effective to get to 1000hp? I figured 6.4 but could be wrong?

Yes it does.. IF you are asking a Question like the OP asked... What engine is easiest and most cost effective to hit 1000HP..... Simple what engine takes less work and is cheaper to make 1000hp...
