My sig has run 13.38@100, 7650# with a limp 60'. It could use a little more fuel. Its very clean in the DD files and thats the way I want it-- but smoke was minimal by 60' with Bill's 200 file.

No, it won't blow the tires off at 65 on dry road.

I think blowing the tires off at 65 is going to require quite a bit more, or maybe a stock transmission slamming! Ill second 200% nozzles. Mine run great, very manageable smoke on most tunes. Will rip the tires at 50-55 on dry pavement if everything else works perfect. Damn good nozzle and I've towed upwards of 15k behind me with them. Keep the charger spinning and egts are fine

Rip the tires at 50-55??? I must be doing something way wrong because Iv never been able to do anything close to that and my truck runs damn good. I really like my 200% nozzles my driveline on the other hand not so much but that's a differnt story. Iv run 250/100s an 38r that is by far my favorite setup for daily driving. Ran that with pmrs and was around 525hp. Swapped to a forged motor and ran 300/200s an 38r and it was damn near 600hp but smokeyyy wot in the big tune. Now I'm running 300/200s and a 468 love this setup as well lites quick and pulls hard track times put it over 650. I also daily drive this truck about 500 miles a week.

I do not run turbonetics turbos but to get you to 600 rwhp you would go with a 471/83/.9 and 250/200 on a non wastegated setup. It can be fairly clean but it cam also be incredibly smokey.

I have towed @ 20k lbs with that setup through 5-6k feet elevation. It hazes constantly and gets 8-9 mpg towing fast. I have built a few cattle trailer pullers trucks with 465 & 250/100. Runs a little cleaner. Gets a little better fuel mileage. Doesn't make 600rwhp.... more like 500-550 @ most.

Not to be mean but with a 38r you weren't anywhere near 600 and not even making 525. Now with the 468 you are somewhere around 600.

Will a truck running empty with a hybrid and 200% nozzle be capable of 12+ mpg Marty? Or is the nozzle atomization past the point of great mileage?

Well all i hear is that dyno are inaccurate and a tuning which i believe. So i have never dynoed my truck why waste $85 but run it at the track almost every weekend. SOo you tell me what you think my truck makes??? This is a ccsb 02 truck with a gooseneck hitch etc weighs between 7800-7900lbs

On PMRS with 38r and 250/100s i ran 8.4 all day and a few 8.3s in the 1/8

With the 38r and 300/200s i ran a 12.6 @104mph

Now with the 468 and the same injectors i ran a 7.7 yesterday with a poor 60ft next pass launched harder and broke something in the drivetrain

With my 71 83 1.1 and 250/100s it was smokey and laggy but lit hard. The 200 nozzles now and the oil to actually atomizer was allll the difference in the world, it's super clean and lights fast. It's a blast to drive around on a smaller tune.

Not sure if you are wanting mpg numbers with bigger turbo an what not but for what it's worth I am running P.I.S 300/200s wit stock turbo, stock hpop, an a worn out pmr motor. And I get 14.5 in my tow tune, jus got the injectors an my a1000 fuel setup all on there, am workin on seeing what the other tunes get for mpg.

not to get into MPG wars or anything but i get great mileage with 200 nozzles, seams to be pretty close between the t500 and the twins now. just cant beat the tar out of it all the time.
