Will they fit?

I tried looking for the right thread but couldn't find anything, I am possibly looking to get some 20x12 -44 Moto metal 962's on my rig. I don't currently have a lift but will get one soon. I'm probably going to run 305/55/20's and once I get the lift and need new tires upgrade to 35x12.50's. My question is, will I be able to get away with them fitting with little rubbing? Any help is appreciated!

I know a 4.5 lift will clear 20x12s with 35s, but I can't answer the question if stock height will clear those 305s.
