Would 200/30 spool a 76mm?

I have a 76mm s300 turbo and ran 238/200 injectors, spooled great. After a few small reliable issues I want to go with a little smaller injectors. I need a reliable truck now, not a race truck.

I really like this turbo, I don't want to get rid of it. If I put in some 200/30 injectors would that be a good match with the turbo? I pull a trailer quite often normally 7-10k pounds.
I also snow plow with this truck, and picked up a lot of new accounts. I'm just trying to get the truck as reliable as I can, even if it means going back to just about stock.

Thats alot of turbo for such a small injector..

Could you spool it probably.. is it going to be fun to drive no..

I never could tow with my 76 but my truck never lives below 5000' eather..

I would recommend eather a bigger injector on smaller s3 or similar turbo in the 66mm ish range..

Define spool. I dont think it'd be streetable in the simplest sense.

Why couldnt you just throw some 80% nozzles on the 238's?

That would probably be the easiest thing to do.
One shouldn't have any reliability issues with that size injector.

if its big enough to spool a 76mm turbo you're prolly gonna have problems. step back to a 66-68mm if you want reliable

This is the question that always comes to my mind with these types of threads. From personal experience, "streetablility" and what's acceptable have an extremely broad meaning.

Can't be any happier than the fmw62 and 175/146 swamps injectors I'm running now. Great great great towing/work truck setup. Boost damn near at idle
