I am hearing too many differing opinions on what temps setups run. We just finished a stock 06 6.0, Egr delete, studs factory gaskets, sct with canned tune. Older gentlemans truck. Street tune. Cruising 70, 700 degrees-750. From a moderate 30 roll to 75 I can peg 1000 easy, from a dead stop 1300 degrees is also achievable with a wot run. The Egt probe is installed pre turbo just after the bend in the exhaust manifold. Stock turbo, 13 blade newer style. Interested to here Other trucks temps cuising and wot , 30 roll , around town etc. also reading with a CTS. Be sure to include injector/turbo/setup info.

With 225's, my Procharger, and both with the stock turbo and the GT42 my egt's were 650-700 at 80mph. Truck was right at 7000lbs with me in it. Also had a Hellmann intercooler. Stock intake manifold.

With my 190/100s and Elites SSX, cruising at 70, 1100 degrees, accelerating normal from 30 to 70 ill see about 1300, and wide open from a dead stop ill peg out my 1600 degree gauge QUICK and it will stay there until i let out. I also have a Banks intercooler, water injection, and all the other supporting mods.

I cruise between 700 and 900* I can hit 1000+ going up hills. Heavy on the pedal I can hit 1250*. I have the canned tunes too (want gearhead) I have deletes intake exhaust, and a 68pmax on stock sticks

Doug's race tune and a Stage 1 manifold, stock injectors and turbo, Airaid CAI, MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust with muffler but no cat.

Truck is lifted 8" and as aerodynamic as a brick, weighs around 10k lbs unloaded.

75 mph cruise - 800*
WOT 0-80 mph - 1400*
30-70 mph "normal" acceleration - 1100*

My truck in this configuration ran EXACTLY like this so I have to say that it sounds reasonable. JMO.

all mods in my sig, EGT probe is tapped in at the bend in the manifold by number 7, I also have the Muffler with the exhaust still on and flipped backwards. Whether this keeps EGTs a little higher with it on or not, Im not too sure. But With my setup cruising about 65 and intake temps about 90, im about 650-700 in EGT

Powermax 155/30% I run 700-900 on flat, hills up to 1300 and full throttle run 1500-1600*, that's on tow tunes.

For my truck, 70 mph ~2300RPMs, 8psi Boost, I'll sit around 750* on X-Race.
Strong 30-70mph runs, it will get around 1150*
No WOT data at this point.

'07 TowBoss F350
Studded, Stock Turbo, Intake, Injectors, 4.30 gears.
3.5" DP, 5" Cat-Back Exhaust.

7.3. Dp tuner, 5in turbo back, ported housing, and mods in sig. In the winter im at 600-700. In the summer 100+degrees 700-800. Going up a steep incline in my 80eco in OD with RPM at 1800 I can get to 1200. But it stays there. WOT I can peg the gauge

190/75s batmowheeled pmax, dozers rr, banks high ram manifold, mpd up pipe, straight exhaust, afe stage 2, stock ficm, stock intake and stock intercooler, 4:30s, erics extreme street. cruises about 750-800 at 65 mph, 30-70 about 1000 degrees, if i cruise at 75 its around 900-950. wot from a stop hits 1650 in no time but flutters around that temp the whole run. looking to cool it down a lil...street tune runs about 100 degrees hotter all the way around. my probe is jus past the rear cylinder before the bend in the manifold

190/75, powermax, straight 5 inch exhaust, stock intake and stock inter-cooler, KEM race tune (that is what i call it, what he calls it i don't know). cruises about 750-825 at 70 mph, 30-70 gets 1100-1250 degrees, WOT from 0 hits 1450 quickly maybe 1500 but cools down deeper into 70-100 MPH.

Stock injectors, 4 inch down pipe to 5 inch straight pipe, industrial injection stage one hybrid, extreme street. Cruise at 55mph at low 500s, gets around 650 in the hills. Pulling trailer today with tow small kabota tractors with loaders and grader blades, stayed around 600 to 700 cruising at 55.
