ZF6/ Tcase fluid change

What's everyone putting in their ZF6 these days for fluid, and how many quarts? Same stuff in the transfer case?

For some reason I remember reading that most were running Motocraft ATF.

mobile 1 synthetic ATF. 6qts for the trans and 2.5qts for the t-case. Both take the same fluid

Those numbers sound familiar, thanks! I run Mobile 1 in all my gassers and have always been a fan of it. I'll probably end up running that.

Anymore good input about fluid of choice is welcomed. I didn't see any other threads regarding manual trans fluids so maybe this will help others with the same question I had.
