Anybody have experience with them? Straight forward install? Been having some shifting issues, 2-3-4-5 and thought about throwing one in with the next service.

Any vendors here sell them?

Mine seems to hang in 2nd gear I was wondering if there is a fix.
Yes. Mine is kind of clunky through the middle gears. Almost feels like it pops into neutral going around certain corners. It did slam really hard one time downshifting to third while trying to pass someone. Loud bang, shook the whole truck, I shit my pants, truck kept moving. I've been really leary of just laying into it ever since.

A zip kit isn't something you "throw in."

Check the various pressures and pay attention to how the gauge behaves when shifting. Check the grounds. if these are acceptable, the valve body may be worn; a trans shop can test but would likely want the complete vehicle.
