Got it fixed. Base file was corrupted. SCT had to rebuild the file which was then uploaded to the tuner through the SCT tuner update program on the laptop. Posted for reference.

If there is an aftermarket stereo that could cause an issue also, assuming you have audio controls. Fuses are always my first go-to.

That would probably be your alternator not charging properly. Happened to me, so I replaced the batteries, later to find out it was the alternator...$700 fix when I could have saved money and bought the alternator first. I'm no mechanic just speaking from experience...so test first.

The rubbing will also depend on the tire mfg. Not all 35's are 35". Your wheel selection should also depend on what you intend to do with your truck (off-road, street, looks, whatever). Off-roading with 35's on 20" rims is not something I would personally do. But it depends on your description...

Certainly doesn't sound like a head gasket unless the degas spewed your engine with coolant. The EGR issue should be a cheaper issue to resolve but I wouldn't drive it either.

Best ever was 15 doing 65 mph, rapidly dropped from 70 and on. All cruise control. In town, hand calculated, I'm at 10 mpg no matter what. Running Sinister tow/performance tune, 35" tires and regularly maintained.
