I swapped my truck over to a pmt computer saturday and reburned my chip with some of Jonathan's latest stuff just to try it out and I can honestly say they are perfect right out of the box. I'm sure there's some power to be had by live tuning but as far as drive-ability and shifting goes these...- ARS267

SRP1.1 failure
The general rule I've always gone by for thread engagement for bolts is 1.5 x diameter for steel, 1.75 x diameter for cast, and 2.0 x diameter for aluminium. If i remember correctly the last time i saw the rear cover off a pump it wasn't much more than 3-4 mm thick.- ARS267

Need an upgraded hpop
Did some testing on the dyno last week and going from 2300psi up to 2800psi netted me around 35hp. First run made 494hp at 2300psi. Swapped pumps and ran again with 2800psi and made 527hp. Same day, same dyno, and the runs were made within an hour of each other. This was with some worn out...- ARS267

I'll have to ask Johnathan on that. I remember we tried a lot of combinations trying to get the most power out of what we had to work with icp wise. yes this is the same t500 i've been running since '09 and it was built out a used pump from ebay. can't say i'm disappointed considering how much...- ARS267

My 600hp 7.3 build
Right now I'm working on a built short block with a half fill, girdle, and carrilllos. Everything else will be the same for the time being except possibly a cam. Once we see exactly what these injectors are capable of on this set up I still have plans to bump them up to something much larger...- ARS267
