I did. It would only goto 17000 psi. But no leaks there so I think I am good. I think I got 2 bad injectors. Cly5 and Cly6 Short term fuel trims are +8 and -12 on those two. It was like that on the 1st startup. I called Alliant and they said they got some injectors form Ford that they did not...

I pulled the schrader valve and hookup tigon tubing. One no bubbles were seen I replaced the schrader valve. A lot less messy.

Ok this is what I did for the low pressure side to prime the system. I disconnected the line at the HFCM and turned on the pump it self primes it's self in 10 seconds. I let about a gallon come out to insure there was no air. Then I did the next line up and flushed it out also. Next I hooked up...

I have to check for leaking injector lines tomorrow. So after I pull the covers how do I fire up the truck? Do I have to put the horseshoe for the turbos back on to fire it up?

Check for a cracked dipstick also.

Well the Injectors and Rockers are in. I have made 3 phone calls for tech help. 1 to Rudy's and they helped me out.The other 2 were to Side Action Diesel. If you have never called Side Action Diesel I suggest you do. Brenton is great to work with! He was on the phone with me for over 30mins...
