38r leaking oil into spider

How does the oil travel back to the turbo?

When you're making considerable boost, and then a boot blows off, the air takes the path of least resistance. Which I "assume" could act like a vacuum and suck oil and air from the intercooler.

Mine just did this exact thing last weekend.

Just keep an eye on it. A friends turbo did the same thing....then it started leaking again and we had to get a new turbo...LOL.

I'll probably look again if the boot blows off
Never had this issue before and this turbo has about 55k miles on it
