Looks amazing JD!! Im excited for ya pal. That's a good idea to put the ebp sensor in front of the gate so you can see it working and control the gate a little easier.

You've got a good point on the proximity to the gate, and I expect it to work well for a while. The only bad part is the routing will eventually allow for soot build up inside. usually gravity takes care of the cleaning. Just be prepared for an eventual redesign, or the occasional sensor removal and back purge with shop air. It's a minor deal to put up with while you shake the bugs out of the new set up I suspect. Something also tells me you'd much rather be finishing the truck or sleeping as opposed to going to the concert right about now. Maybe you can sleep while at the concert, keeping both you and Bailey happy.

Pretty sure all the "new" CHRAs made by PTE are air/oil cooled. On some of the "older" PTE that were based off Garrett CHRAs...those were water cooled.

Mine is not water cooled.
