I worked on a stock psd, early99, about 7yrs ago with a very similar bucking issue.

Replaced IDM. All better....

Makes sense..seems like injectors but is not the injectors or harness.
Are they oem uvch .

yes sir OEM ford. I tried my brothers IDM out of his 97 but ill try another one for sure!

if it is not your dd you could send it to swamps to be checked and modded .

I was thinking about just buying the modded IDM just so its new and I don't have to worry about it. but the truck is actually my DD at the moment
