So is anyone having steering issues using a 2005+ box in a 1999-2003 7.3? Truck doesn't return to center. Thinking the 7.3 power steering pump can't keep up with the bigger box?

I had no issues in my obs. Ran an 05+ steering box with an 01 psp (converted to hydro boost ). So basically the same setup you're asking about.

Much firmer steering but always returned to center.

Sounds like you may have too much preload on the steering gear or not enough caster.

So what did you do for the rear axle?

And did you leave your suspension stock or lifted? I'm considering doing coilover kit for the simple fact that the mounts come with the kit. I shouldn't need buckets or radius arm mounts for stock,or at least I don't think you do. I've found one kit that's a 4" lift which is where I'd like to be. I've never rode on a coilover suspension and there is mixed reviews on it.
