I talked to a few people and they all said that they wont fit due to offset.... My truck is lowered 1.5" in the front and 3" in the rear...what do you guys think?

I am sure they will fit. These rims and the 420s he bought from Rudy. They were on Rudy's crew cab that I am sure is lowered at least that much if not more.
