I think for now I am going to try to stay with 5 lug, the way I see it, I am going to be ~ 300 lighter in the front anyways because of all of the stuff that I am relocating, so the added weight of the IDI will be negated. not to mention that I am doing this build on a busch light budget

This truck seemed to be able to hold it all in on 5 lugs pretty well, I have more pics of the a-arms but did not get to talk to the owner much

WTF is up with the exhaust.......

Looks like he took the turbo off, but left the up pipes and the turbo back exhaust....

We are going to get it torn down sometime this week, I am probably going to end up buying a set of spindles for it anyways.

ok guys... I need some opinions on:
1) doors, is it worth the hassle?
2) drop top. does it look alright? I have not decided.

Y not stock floor body drop it?

No way would I ever have a body drop and a chop... Traditional body drop is cramped enough

I like the chopped top - but something about the proportions of the truck you posted looks off to me.... maybe it needs sectioned too... LOL

Seriously knock 2-3" off the top - do away with the vent windows - but whatever you do - keep the proportions looking good - you can do almost anything if its balanced.

Roof yes. Doors. Not worth the hassle. Who cares really how a truck looks parked with a door open. It's gonna spend 99.9% of its life with the doors closed. Ever look at a truck driving down the road, an say damn! I wonder what that looks like with the doors open?
