The bar naturally rested about 1" below the mount. It was a matter of lifting the end of the bar up over the end of the mount and into the pocket. There isn't much "preload" on it and I think it will be even less when the weight of the cab is lowered on the frame. I was able to lift the arm by myself.

A little update, got my four link installed. It took a little longer because I had the mounting brackets painted and bought all new hardware. Now I'm just waiting for my coil overs to get here. Talked to Trevor (PMF) yesterday and I should see them middle of next week. I will probably pass the UPS truck on my way south to Rudy's.

Im also having some blocks machined to get my driveline angle correct. Need about 2.25 degrees additional lift on my pinion in the back.

And even that is an understatement...

4 link looks good. Does it use the factory radius arm mount for the upper control arm mount? Hard to tell from the picture angle

Correct, the upper arm utilizes the stock "dogbone" install location. The Rize stuff fits very well. The test will come in when I drop the suspension to the new lifted height. Hopefully the geometry will remain intact. Im getting real tired of the whole ProStreet look and ride.

Don't hold me to it but it is my understanding that the four link allows the axle to move up and down without changing the rotational orientation (camber) of the axle.

At ten inches of lift I would have to drop the rear mounting of the dogbone more so that the axle wouldn't hinge way out of wack. I'm sure it has additional qualities, there are probably some disadvantages as well. If I remember Sak had a good explonation.

A properly set up 4 link will keep the Castor angle the same or really close as the axle moves up and down. It can also greatly effect how the truck handles, mainly under braking on a front axle.

Thanks for the complements. It would be even better if I had my coil-overs that are in the hands of UPS as I type. The back end is so much higher than the front that I'm afraid that I will slide off the seat if I slow down too fast.

Looks awesome man. Where in ct are you? I'm in cheshire.

Thanks. Im in the Newignton area.

is this thing done yet or what :axe:

My coilovers, mounts, and track bar are on a UPS delivery truck now. Going to head out on the road shortly and track down the Brown Clown. If he wants to deliver the rest of his route without a D.O.T spot check, he will give up the goods. I think my Eibach springs were drop shipped and may have gotten delayed a day or so.

Well, tracked him down and acquired my goods. I'm very impressed with the parts, stellar machining and workmanship. Looking forward to getting the mounting hardware installed over the weekend. Just gotta wait on the Eibach Springs that should get here Monday or Tuesday.

Heres the shocks, minus the springs.

The adjustable track bar keeps the same level of workmanship and attention to detail.
