not by choice. the fuel filter housing would be in the way of the hot side turbo pipe.

Heads are off as of a hour ago. Everything looks good. Heads check out good for being flat so that's a bonus. Truck wasnt puking so I highly doubt the heads are cracked. Have to do some checks. Should have heads torques down tomorrow by dinner time. Have to locate a big torque wrench, didn't realize ARP studs went to 325ftlbs and my torque wrench only goes to 250ftlbs. Oh well, we got some resources. Pog is getting some parts cleaned, his intake elbow and cold side pipe got powder coated, they look real good. Well that's enough for day 1. Time for a shower and bed. lol there was a hat.. But it maybe have ruffled some feathers on this forum. At least he shows no indication of balding

I was wearing a hat but it got in the way so I took it off. Plus undoing the head bolts is hard work.

Well it's all together. Just need to put the batteries in and the intake. Pog also has a coolant filter and BOV to install so that will take the next hour or so. Should be running tonight. Yay!!!
