I am going to make an effort to make it down but with the new injectors I think it might be down after the tranny explodes...haha.

I have a spare. Put it together awhile back, but its all stock. Guess I can find out how long a stock tranny will hold up to this motor...

Got started stripping the truck down a little after 7AM, and by 8 the tranny was out...

Here's how it looked at 9AM...

Motor hanging at 10AM...

And by 11AM the fuel system, fuel tank, A/C and heater box, battery's and boxes, and exhaust system was out...

Not bad for 3 1/2 hours of work.

No progress made the the regular cab this weekend, but the crew is almost completely back to stock. I was able to remove and replace the engine, tranny, fuel system, a/c and heater box....etc with everything from the regular cab.

To think about the journey that truck has been through, pretty wild.

My local fitting shop ran out of most of the fittings I needed so I had to make it work with what I had...

I have to go hunt down some battery cable tomorrow to finish up the relocate, but it should be driving by the afternoon.

After wasting a bunch of time at the parts store this morning I was able to get some stuff done.

Battery's wired in...

New exhaust system from Vision Diesel installed....

And the motor put back together.

Still need to get my gauges installed and wastegates plumbed, tidy up the engine bay a bit and give the truck a good bath, but it drives!

No real progress yet, really need to get the gates hooked up soon......but looks like there is traction issues in 2WD.
