Yeah it all depends on where you are. Good condition and OBS in my area bring big $.

When you guys turn the key to on in the truck and the odometer lights up. See if you have a complete 8 as the first digit. If yes. You'll get a 4. If no. You'll get a 3.

Just looked at mine. It tries to light up but wont, like when a calculator wont show all the numbers. If that makes sense?!
